Returns & Refund Policy
At KY Luxe Hair, we pride ourselves on delivering premium quality products. To maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards, we have a strict return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All packaging, including hygiene seals, must be intact and unopened.
• Any item that has been worn, altered, dyed, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Hair extensions that have been removed from the original packaging or seal.
• Custom-coloured or custom-length products.
• Sale or clearance items.
Refunds
• Refunds will be issued only after inspection and approval of the returned item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If the return does not meet our policy requirements, the item will be returned to you at your cost.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email our support team at luxehairky@gmail.com within the 14-day period.
2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
3. Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping your item.
