We offer a free shade-matching service to help you find your perfect colour. Simply send us a photo of your natural hair in natural lighting, and our experts will recommend the closest match from our range. You can also visit KY Luxe Hair in person for a professional shade match.

Gently brush your extensions before and after each use with a soft-bristle or loop brush. Wash only when necessary using sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner. Always air-dry or use a low-heat setting, and store your extensions in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid sleeping, swimming, or showering with them installed to prolong their lifespan.

Yes – KY Luxe Hair extensions are made from 100% Remy human hair, allowing you to curl, straighten, and style them just like your own hair. If you wish to colour them, we recommend professional salon colouring for the best results and to maintain the hair’s quality. Lightening is not recommended, as it can damage the extensions
